Dear Readers
it seems to me that it takes the earth less time eve- ry year to do its spin around the Sun, which just proves the relativity of our perception of time. every year de- cember holidays take me by surprise as does the in- sight into the past year of our Club activities. it is also the time for setting new goals for the coming year. i might even say that the Club is our child, and those who have children always say that you can notice how the time flies the best by watching them grow.
Five years have already passed since we founded our club. we have seen and experienced a lot since then, and yet it seems that the opening event was just few months ago. Numbers of our ambitions about or- ganizing events, the time they would take and our mis- sion are coming about nicely. And who would not like to see such a development. we celebrated the fourth anniversary, when Hungarian Ferrari Club members joined us for the first time. We then visited Maserati factory in turin, organized the Zagreb event, golf tour- nament, a six-day Adriatic tour. there was also the visit of the official event Ferrari Finali Mondiali in Mug- gelo – all these events are just a few of the indicators that our Club is on the right direction and it is going along the path we set at the beginning, wished for it and planned well ahead.
it does not mean that we have no plans or new goals for the future. Next year in March, for one, we are go- ing to visit the Ferrari factory, we will test the vehicles at Vransko in April, May is booked for the fifth anniver- sary celebration and September will be dedicated to a longer social event – we will visit Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our final destination for that trip is Sarajevo that used to host winter olympic Games in 1984 at Jahorina Mountain. What else to say about our ‘round’ anniversary? to many more successful years! it seems that the tenth is just around the corner.
